Einstein Bob, a.k.a. Bob the Bum, was a deranged man living on the streets on Twentica. It is likely that he was an alternate dimension version of Albert Einstein, one of the greatest human minds in history, although he was born into an alternate world where technological progress and scientific discovery had been outlawed by Expanoid overlords.
He was located by the boys from the Dwarf, who got him to the Lady Be Good Club where he helped Harmony de Gauthier finish the planetary EMP to destroy the Expanoids, thus saving Twentica and enabling the Dwarfers to return home. (Twentica, Series XI)
