- This article is about the location / dimension. For the Series XI episode, see RD: Twentica.
Twentica was an alternate version of Earth, created by the influence of the time-traveling Expanoids. In order to stop humans from ever becoming a threat, all technology was prohibited from the 1920s onwards.
Twentica was so named since it resembled 1920s Prohibition-Era United States of America.
When the boys from the Dwarf became trapped here somwhere in the American Southwest in the year 1952, they were able to infiltrate the science-savvy underground (including meeting a drunken, homeless Albert Einstein and the Lady Be Good Club filled with secret scientists - the Resistance Bunnies - instead of gangsters) and set things right before returning to Red Dwarf in their own time.
